First of all, I ordered the VitaMix Pro through Amazon and was surprised at how expeditiously it was delivered, though I did regular shipping. I've had the VitaMix for almost a month now and have ragged it at least once every day, and sometimes more. I admire it; it's a stout product, and using it has become a fragment of my everyday routine. Since receiving our VitaMix, my husband and I have been drinking a quart of green smoothie daily (based on the book "Green for Life") and it's fantastic how like a flash all the fruit and veggies are turned into very level-headed liquid. The taste is surprisingly suited! There are so many uses. I have also blended for recipes, made malts, fruit smoothes, etc., and have had expansive luck with all. I highly recommend this product!

I have 2 of these items already...this is my third in a third set. I really like this product.

I am uncomfortable that the product was not pulled instead of a peek given by the manufacturer of a safety hazard.

Implied Warranty of Merchantability

Implied warranties reach in two general types: merchantability and fitness. An implied warranty of merchantability is an unwritten and unspoken guarantee to the buyer that goods purchased conform to ordinary standards of care and that they are of the same average grade, quality, and value as similar goods sold under similar circumstances. In other words, merchantable goods are goods fit for the ordinary purposes for which they are to be traditional.

I have not received this order and now may return unopened. I need this product, and now will have to rep something to hold this urgent need. Very heart-broken! Vita-Mix 1363 CIA Professional Countertop Blender with 2+ HP Motor, Platinum

i read a bunch of reviews on different models before i ultimately chose the 1390t. when it came down to the wire it was a hard choice between the 765t and the 1390t. The main incompatibility I would like to point out is the charger. the 765t uses a mount charger, while the 1390t uses a micro usb fed directly into the unit. some users like the fact they dont have to unhook the charger when dismounting the unit(765t) . like i said personal preference. oh and also no mp3 playback, fm tuner or multipoint point destination. 765t has all those.

real world test of features

user interface: so easy a caveman can do it. garmin definitely has the other brands beat when it comes to UI. i liked the feature site for heed in the tomtom 940t, but the UI impartial looks so feeble. They need a major rehaul of that. the 1390t always gave steady directions without causing confusion. there was no lagging either. being able to update the ETA to total distance is a ample plus. almost always gave me the local hasten limit. your rush turns red if you're speeding.

bluetooth: i was actually rather impressed with the bluetooth. it was easy to sync with my blackberry 8800(dinosaur phone i know) . i had to swear a shrimp louder than normal conversation. this is mostly because you're talking to the unit from 1.5 feet away. if the mic was more sensitive it would remove up more background noise. call quality was pleasurable on the other demolish. my friend couldn't hear the road in the background.

lane assist: i like the fact that it shows you all available lanes that you can win. it almost always did lane help where available. junction conception with photo realistic pictures never showed. i drove on the broad central, LIE, northern spot, southern position, belt parkway, execrable island. these are all major highways in the long island queens place. maybe it only does interstate highways. who knows. i was really disappointed when i didnt examine the 3d simulation at all.

traffic alert: the ads are unobtrusive and don't exhibit up while you're driving. traffic reporting was ravishing just when it did have reception. i never tried any alternate traffic routes. the traffic way shows where the traffic begins and ends and your station.

new thinnest model of all time: don't invent this the deciding factor for you. although the unit is 25% thinner than most other garmins, it's really not a sizable deal. the other garmins (200 and 700 series) were thin to commence with.

POI: for some reason when i looked for a mcdonalds or bk it would present everything but the closest station. i only stale POIs 3-4 times.

random: i don't know why other people were complaining about speaker volume. i set aside it on a 100% thinking that it was going have stale speakers. i yell you, def not the case. it was practically yelling at me at 100%.

cons: no fm tuner, no multipoint destinations. you can have a via point though. stamp is a bit high. i paid 280 including tax for the unit. i deem $200 wouldve been a more reasonable imprint.

conclusion: if you wants all the bells and whistles go for this model or the 765t. if you objective need a simple gps regain a 200 series. theyre a lot cheaper. all in all big gps. 4.0/5.0. if you want a paunchy list of features with pics check out [...]. theyre affiliated with amazon, so acquire that for what you will.

***edit** 2 months later: 3/5 instead of 4/5 for ratings.

1) I expend this blueprint on the road every day now. I've driven all over queens, manhattan, and Long Island. One thing I found incredibly annoying is how it kept taking me off a highway only to remerge with it 2 exits later. It certainly was not the faster route to be following the gps' advice in these instances.

2) Another major gripe I had was the constant recalculation. I would follow its directions and it would say recalculating. When making significant turns that are end by, this can obtain really annoying. I don't know if this is a plight with my model or gpses in general or unbiased garmin, but something needs to be fixed.

3) The suction keeps falling off the window. It may be because of the chilly temperature. It recently dropped to the 40deg F. My friend uses a magellan (stale non-widescreen 2-d version) on the same vehicle and her mount stays.

4) One thing I have to admit I absolutely esteem is lane wait on. You really savor it when switching to different highways. It definitely is all it's cracked out to be. However, The 3-D heed simulation(lane guidance) is impartial a marketing gimmick(at least I reflect so) . Not worth paying the extra $$$. Lane back is more practical and worthwhile.

I know this edit may have confused customers on future purchases, but READ OTHER REVIEWS to peer if the problems I've had are celebrated in all devices or impartial this one.

I have traditional this 1390t for 2 weeks, titanic suction cup mount, clean thin, bluetooth took 2 min. to residence up, all an all aok, except the speaker sucks. This is whathappens when you accomplish something so shrimp and compact, something has to give. and on this product its the speaker. precise tinny sound. its loud enough objective dependable tinny. if I lower the volume then I cant here it.

I have bought, owned, and aged 7 different Garmin units of various sizes including the 330 series that kind of evolved into the Nuvi, Rino, and others. I wanted to try out the unique City Xplorer feature in this 1390T -> and the summary is City Xplorer Impartial DOES NOT WORK! First of all you must lift a $10 extra package per city, aesthetic. But when I enter a route it objective spins the hour glass saying "Route Options" forever. I waited 15 minutes, then unprejudiced shut the unit off. The newest iPhone (or iPod Touch with Wi-Fi) Google Pedestrian Maps completely works for approximately the same amount of money and a unit that is half the thickness, better touch hide, and this portion of junk simply does not work. I can't accept any route further than 5 blocks to "attain calculating route", and the 5 blocks is where it objective says "drag north 5 blocks". Shame on you Garmin! You veteran to manufacture splendid products, what happened, all the lustrous quality engineers left?

The GPS unit itself is Ok, but the speaker is poor (as other people mention) . It is a step down from previous Nuvi's I've played with, it "cracks" and sounds abominable at over 50 percent volume, which you need to hear it over road noise.

On the up side, the "Nav Traffic" is heavenly genuine! It works as advertised, is easy to consume, and this unit's external "bulge antenna inside the power cord thingy" is smaller than previous Nuvi's I've played with. No extra hidden fees and comes with lifetime Nav traffic.

This is not really a compelling upgrade from the Nuvi 265T, establish your money and obtain the 265T, or do what I'm going to do -> commence looking at other brands and praying Apple releases a Garmin killer iPod Touch with built in GPS.

This bosch multi-x consume tool is exactly that. I do remodeling/ finishing/framing and light cabinet building on situation and install. This tool has been passe mighty more than I had originally belief. I've obsolete it for drywall cutting(it makes very nice straight cuts with relatively shrimp dust flying everywhere) . I've musty it for flush cutting, it will chop through a 2x4 if needed. It works tremendous where it's to hard or awkward to exercise a sawzall. The detail sanding pad works enormous and is very nice for tight spaces or limited areas. I wish there was a vaccum attachment for this though...?

Also the blades are very nice and are quite durable. I'm anxious to recognize bosch release their absorb blades/attachments soon. (A come by unprejudiced said that they should be released next week. Dec 8th? ) Also he said they would be priced from 10-40% LESS then the compareable Fein attachments!! Thats about time.

Another thing. I tried to exhaust the unusual Dremel's sandpaper on the bosch, but the Dremel's sandpaper are too minute. They don't work well at all. I mediate the Dremel's other attachments will work sparkling though.

I judge i would actually give this a 4.5 star if i could because there are a few shortcomings.

1. The battery life is short. maybe 5-10 minutes depending on how hard you're pushing this tool and how high the variable bustle is. Also when maxed out, this tool does form a obedient amount of noise and has some vibration. I've frail it often dialed about halfway up. Its quieter and less agressive but usually plenty of power. Also, a bosch Come By told me that the 12 volt max batteries are exactly the same as their 10.8 volt. I impartial picked up the 10.8 volt impact driver because i needed more batteries to sustain this tool running. They are interchangeable and seem to work perfectly the same. I assume that the battery option and freedom of cords far outweigh the downside of short battery life. (As long as you have more than 2 batteries!!!)

2. My multi-x has a hard to turn off switch. It may fair be mine, because in the store the floor model was impartial comely.. But its bothersome.

( I bought mine in a store. )

To summerize this, I am very overjoyed with my steal and can't have how i did obvious things before having this handy tool. If you're serious about being efficient on the job, and are looking for a original approved tool, you can't go base here.

I took a long time in the store to choose between the Fein and the Bosch. Ultimately, the cheapskate in me won. The significantly lower heed of the Bosch and its blades and the feel of the tool in my hand were the deciding factors. The tool feels nimble and can easily be held in one hand.

Bosch has far less choice in blades and attachments than Fein, however, it comes with an adapter so you can employ any other manufacturer's attachments. Out of the box it works with the Dremel blades.

For my project I had to sever the bottom of a partially encased 4 x 4 post that had been eaten by ants. The wood is redwood. It took multiple cuts to do this, but the Bosch made it through. Before completion, I exhausted the first battery (5 minutes) and set aside it in the charger. The battery had become so hot from the cutting that it wouldn't charge. It needed to frigid down first. That means that you cannot reuse it within the advertised 30 minutes. I plugged in the second battery and resumed cutting. After 10 seconds the battery popped out and kept popping out. The vibration of the tool had broken the tabs on the battery that absorb it in set. By holding the battery with one hand I could accomplish the cutting of one post. It did the trick, but not as as serene as I had hoped.

I packed it all up and returned it. I've ordered the Fein and am waiting for it now. Too terrible, because on paper the Bosch has a lot going for it. Probably huge for minute jobs or sites with no electricity. I believe the battery is far too cramped and too uncouth in power for this tool. Even discounting the broken battery - that may be incidental - I can only give it two stars because of the short battery life and long wait for the recharge.

Update:

I received the Fein corded version FMM 250Q today and frail it on the second post. Well, what a incompatibility. The Fein is powerful more remarkable, mild and vibrates far less. Cutting out 12 inches off the sill and through the 4 x4 post was very easy. With the Bosch it felt like a struggle, with the Fein it was fun. Legal of the story: You salvage what you pay for.

I purchased this tool to perform the most difficult cuts while laying out a hardwood floor. It does the job nicely and the sign $199.00 is exquisite comparing it to the Fein. However, the battery is consumed in less than 5 minutes. I'm sure not to pay $400.00 + for the Fein tool, but I'll have to return this tool due to the battery content. It is a vast tool that does what it says, but Bosch needs to determine this major flaw with the battery. Less than 5 minutes of exhaust per battery makes this tool unusable.

First off, the cons, since they're most important

-XD Relate Card.

This is the biggest thing that irks me, since XD is a dying sign and Olympus refuses to give it up. However, since working with it, i've found nothing really awful about xd, only that it's like sd but impartial a slight bit bigger, so don't difficulty about this.

-Doesn't approach in orange.

Oh well, I contemplate i'll live with silver (which is very nice by the arrangement)

-Has an uncommon "favorites mode" i probably won't use*

*see below for disclaimer

-Panorama only works in P mode

Who cares, i buy all my pictures in that mode anyway (But it took me a while to learn that)

-Low battery

For some unfamiliar reason, i pick up a vulgar battery signal even when i know i've got a couple of hours left. No immense deal, i carry an extra battery with me all the time.

Uhhh, i truthfully can't assume of anything else

Pros:

-Rugged

This camera is a beast. I don't contemplate you can wreck it. i saw C-net freeze two of these things in a block of ice and when i was at National Camera Exchange, they literally swept it off the counter and let it shatter to the floor. It also feels really sturdy in your hands

-Waterproof

What can i say, built in waterproof. Does that mean i don't have to concern about the rain or snow? Yes. Yes it does.

-Compact

For all it's ruggedness, this camera is diminutive. Thin, with a lens you don't have to exertion about protruding.

-Easy to use

Comparing it to some Cannon brands at a store, this camera was Contrivance easier to exhaust and was a lot faster in selecting modes, types of shots, ect.

-Panorama

Has an in camera panorama that is amazingly easy to figure out. First time i tried it, i got exactly the type of shot i wanted, no learning curve. Stitches three pictures together in camera. Perfect for those spectacle nature shots and whatever else you need to seize. (note: Panorama only works with an xd card, and not compatible with the micro sd to xd converter that you win in the box)

-LED lamp

Desirable colorful white LED on the front for those really shaded shots. You can also turn it on when the camera isn't on, really useful if you need it in a cinch.

-Surprising Video

Can steal video in 30fps, which came out really friendly. Option of 15fps as well.

-Quick shot view

has a button to press while in camera mode to fast conception shots. When finished, press shutter half device and it zips encourage to camera mode.

-Very, VERY fast

Even when it wasn't pre-focused, the shot time was in under a second. When pre-focused, the urge really was instantaneous. (as in feeling like an SLR urge)

-8mp

Great image quality. Outshot cannon models in outdoor shots bar none. Indoor, we found cannon did it a cramped better, but that was digitally zoomed in all the procedure, comparing it side by side with some hesitation. ergo, it's so diminutive, who cares, and even then the quality was detached extraordinary. But if you're that passionate about perfect pictures, you need an SLR.

-3x zoom

Not kidding, a 3x OPTICAL zoom with a lens that doesn't protrude from the camera. Since it's 8mp, i don't judge i'll employ the zoom, but wow, it really does work.

-Fast startup

With no external lens to push out, startup time is blazingly quickly.

-Favorites

If you residence a narrate in your favorites, it can never be erased from the camera (unless removed from favorites) even when formatting internal memory as well. Plus, you can plot one of these pictures to your menu background, which is a nice touch.

What else can i say, this camera really took me by surprise. It has everything i could want in a camera, plus it's unbelievable durability. Vast pick, suggest getting one of the packs that Amazon offers if you want a really profitable ticket. If you want to behold it, compare it, gain it, test it, whatever, i suggest heading over to National Camera Exchange. They should have it, and they really know they're stuff.

So i purchased this camera to rob with me on my sprint to cancun where im planning on doing some snorkeling, although i composed have not taken the camera on the perambulate i have already old it and know what its sterling of. The camera has the BEST image stabalizer and anti-blurr system i have ever seen, my brother took the camera to a nascar rush and took a describe of a car going over 175mph good infront of him and there was no blurr. It has a mountainous macro setting to select halt up pictures, i took a recount of a quarter on my desk from about 1 1/2 inches away and it looked wonderful, same with a characterize of a flower (the built in LED bulb for macro shots helps a lot!) . The VGA with 30fps only takes 10 seconds of video which sucks, but it u do VGA with 15fps (frames per second) you can do up to 30 minutes, and i could not bid a dissimilarity between the two when i uploaded two similar videos i shot to test it. The camera takes mountainous pictures, and the 20+ shot modes serve out sooo distinguished. (candle lit mode for that special night, sunset mode, fireworks mode, underwater wide and 2 other underwater modes, night mode, portait, everything u can reflect of.) I tested it under water at my local pool and it works mountainous, very heavenly underwater pictures, the lens has a metal lens cloak that closes when u turn off the camera and its very durable (ex. when my dog grabbed it from my hand and ran off with it) nothing but a few minor scratches. sorry for the long review but i wish i had a long one when i bought it, would have helped me earn a decision great faster. Camera only goes 10ft so the underwater case is a must if you are going scubadiving, i will at the demolish of march and ill update the review to let u know how that is. Hope this helps, all in all, this is a stout camera!

I was looking for an 'unbreakable' camera for my hopelessly clumsy 10 year feeble who begged me for one as a birthday gift. Considering that my dad trusted me with an SLR when I was 10, I decided to give her a chance too - but with precaution. I've read many reviews that the represent quality of the Olympus 850 SW was not so huge - and that's upright if you're so venerable to Canon and Nikon (we have both in point and shoot and dSLR) .

However, the greatest features of this camera are it's capability to retract shots under water and it's being shockproof (6-ft topple) . Taking shots in rain, snow, or other wet conditions - as well as wild conditions - is worry-free. If the relate quality is not as principal as HAVING pictures on those occasions, then using this camera is a no brainer. The 24-scene modes, framing, labeling, shadow fix, etc. are honest bonuses in my view - though my daughter loves experimenting with them. It does not offer considerable in the procedure of manual control, but I guess that's the point of a point-and-shoot.

She's taken it swimming many times now and it always amazes me to examine our absorb smiling faces under water! Maybe the pictures are less luminous than I would have hoped - but for that, I would have to capture an underwater case for my Nikon D80 - and exercise twice the cost of my unique camera :) So until I'm an avid underwater photographer, I can choose for my daughter's Olympus 850 SW.

I must add though, that the battery life is quite mediocre. It must be charged after only less than a hundred shots in VGA mode. Opt to procure a second battery.

I've worn a few other projectors, but this is first one I've owned. I selected it for consume in many different venues for substantial and microscopic groups. I made my best guess based on the reviews, zoom, brightness, clarity, ease of consume, weight, size, and noise. I also liked the long life and lower replacement cost of the lamp. I've been quite jubilant with the D825MX performance regarding all my criteria except zoom, which is minimal. The zoom is so minimal in fact that it functions more like a minor adjustment similar to keystone (which works well) . If I had it to do all over again I would witness the zoom numbers carefully and see for something that provides more meaningful options for locating the projector. As it is, for a 5' high image, there is only a 2 foot contrast in distance from the cover (from 12 feet to 14) . I don't blame the product which performs as advertised, unprejudiced the opinion the implications of every aspect of the specifications before retract. I may yet return it for one with better distance options.
